Welcome to our episode for May 18, 2012! Cori is rocking it up with us and brought in a couple stories to try to make it up to our friend for the mention of the movie Whales at the bottom of the list. So we’ve included My Little Pony. Sigh…Be sure to subscribe to us in iTunes, and give us a review. Comment here to show us you care!

First up we have the entire first episode of Tron:Uprising available through the Disney XD YouTube channel weeks early. Established characters look a little odd, but the rest looks interesting and definitely is Tronish.

Next up we have the trailer for the new Television series Revolution produced by J.J. Abrams and directed by Jon Favreau that will air on NBC in the fall. It’s what happens 15 years after all the electricity in the world shut off forever. It looks like an interesting post-apocalyptic story that doesn’t involve radiation and/or zombies.

If you’ve ever wanted to see what the Avengers (or other Marvel) characters are like on their off day or just wanted to see them look like Ren & Stimpy you now have your wish.

There is a Ghostbusters tour in New York City, but if you can’t make the trip, these gentlemen have made a video with reenactments to ease your suffering.

Here is a gentleman that does a vocal cover of the Star Wars theme and very well I might add. He even plays air instruments of the parts. Oddly he only seems to own different hues of the same shirt.

I’ve totally developed a man crush on JK Simmons recently as he has blown me away with the diversity of his talent. Here is 25 minutes of him being Cave Johnson for the new Portal 2 DLC. It has Cave Johnson throughout the multiverse, but it is has some great references to other SciFi properties.

If you want to hear JK Simmons singing (and I want someone to make a music video of this with Tenzin and Amon from Legend of Korra) you can listen to the musical episode of Sparks Nevada: Marshall on Mars – “The Piano Has Been Listening” here. Listen to it NOW! It’s fantastic.
